Can I buy in smaller quantities?

Yes, not only are you able to buy whole bales, but you can also buy whatever quantity you desire – from half-a-bale to one-quarter bale or even one-tenth-bale.

What is the Stockfish Express Pricing Policy?

Everything at Stockfish Express is offered at the lowest prices you'd find anywhere. We guarantee you'll always get the best price: if you find an identical product advertised for less we'll match the prices. Just contact our Customer Service department.

 

Is it safe to send my credit card information to Stockfish Express over the Internet?

Stockfish Express uses the latest technology to ensure safe transmission of your credit card information. Our payment gateway processes are handled by Google and Paypal – two of the largest credit card processing companies in the world.  

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or you may pay with PayPal.

How is my order shipped?

For fastest delivery, your products are shipped to you from our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on the method of shipping you choose, but most items will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. 

Can an order be shipped to more than one address?

Absolutely. And it's inexpensive -- standard delivery charges are applied across your order. Simply give us a call at 1-612-247-8068 and we will handle your special request.  

 

Do you ship to my country? What are the delivery charges?

Currently we ship only within the contiguous United States and Canada.  However, if you are a major retailer, feel free to contact us.

 

What is the return policy?

If you're dissatisfied with a purchase for any reason, you can return it as long as we have talked to you and given you a Return Authorization Number. Your satisfaction is guaranteed but we want to ensure that we are doing the best job to resolve the issue. For further assistance, call our Customer Service Department at 1-612-247-8068.

 

How do I check on the status of my order?

Simply click the Order Status link at the top of every page. Login, enter your order number and your billing zip code and you'll be able to review the current status of your order.

 

What if I need to cancel or change an order?

Our first priority is to ensure that your items are shipped in a timely manner. When an order is placed with Stockfish Express and all of the billing and shipping information has been accepted by the system, the order is immediately conveyed to the warehouse for shipment. Because of this, we are unable to adjust an order after it has been submitted.
