This is my second year ordering Stock Fish from Stockfish Express. I use to go to the Italian Section of Philadelphia every year to purchase the stockfish for our Christmas Eve dinner. For the past several years I have had to order the stockfish ahead of time to be even able to get it. Happily, I can now order from StockFish Express and not have to worry! It is the freshest! My family has really enjoyed it!

Amazing quality! Some of the best stockfish I have ever eaten. Deep, rich taste, made brandade de morue with this, the best I have ever eaten and I travel to Provence twice a year. Cannot wait to make family recipes with this Stoccafisso! Yes, I am Italian and we love stockfish! I highly recommend to beat the dried fish with a wooden mallet prior to soaking, this helps open the fish up to re-hydration. Soaked for 4-5 days changing water at minimum 3 times daily.
