   Delivery day was a big surprise to us because my husband was skeptical about buying this stockfish online. The product came in about a day or two after we placed order. Then the product is nothing but excellent. My husband says it is the best deal I have ever got online.

   I am very pleased with your stock fish. For the record I was born in the most sophisticated stock fish culinary city in the world Messina Sicily. So true that the best Norwegian stock fish is sent to Messina Italy. We cook it in a varieties of ways. I am expert chef in the art of cooking stock fish.

9. Superb Product

   I received the order within 6 days from processing. The large stockfish had golden like colour in the underbelly. Each fish was approx. 2lbs. The inside texture appeared white and within 24 hrs. of soaking I could tell that the product was of superior quality. I plan to have it as our main dish for New Year's day. I expect it to be of superb quality. Will keep you posted.

    Norwegian Stock fish was and has been a delicious part of the recipe I enjoy in our traditional Nigerian soup. The order I got from Stockfish Express was fresh and delicious. Thank you for the fast delivery of my order. I look forward to ordering more in future.
